How to send a parcel from other states?

1. Tell us your name, address, phone number, as well as the weight and dimensions of your package.

2. Our SmartPost team will send you a FedEx shipping label to print and stick on the box.

3. Take the package to the nearest FedEx pickup location.

4. FedEx employees will deliver it to our warehouse in Brooklyn, New York.

5. Shipping is carried out at a reduced corporate rate thanks to our FedEx discount.

6. After receiving the parcel, we will contact you immediately.

  3. Tobacco: up to 100 grams;
  4. Cigarettes: up to 200 pieces;
  5. Cigars: up to 5 pieces;
  6. Dietary supplements (biologically active additives):
    • Tablets: up to 100 pieces;
    • Liquid form: up to 10 bottles;
    • Capsules: 4 plastic jars or up to 100 pieces;
    • Dried form (flowers, stems, or roots of plants): up to 0.5 kg.
    • Powder form: up to 0.5 kg;
